Forever Travel is one of the largest, award-winning travel agencies in Malaysia, and the largest in northern Malaysia with 6 branches. We were excited to work with them on their digital presence and online booking platform. Established since 1983, they had a bit of digital-catching-up to do!
Where it started
We started from scratch
Forever Travel had no social media presence.
Zero followers, zero likes.
All inquiries and sales were either through phone calls or walk-ins. Their website was not responsive nor ranking on google, and was only a directory of pdf files. We had some work to do!
First things first
A brand new website
We designed and built a new, mobile-responsive website. We consolidated data such as flights, hotels, fares and pricing and enabled online-booking of group tours, cruises and free-&-easy packages, including a section for promotions.
Search Discovery
Organic Growth
With proper keyword research and SEO optimization, Forever Travel was pulling in an average of over five thousand visitors per month, 80% from organic search traffic. These numbers are from a single month:
Social Media
We started and populated Forever Travel's Facebook page with images and stories of travel, food and experiences from their tour-leaders that audiences would relate to. We also used the page to announce and countdown to the launch of the new website.
After the launch of the website, we:
- Planned campaigns and ads in collaboration with their travel-partners and vendors
- Maximized engagement, drive inquiries and bookings.
- Organically grew Forever Travel page followers from 0 to 33,000 + followers.
- Prepared workflows for their travel executives to submit images and videos for continual engagement and growth.
