Pinang A's staff were already using google calendar for their day to day operations. Integration with Google Calendar reminded them of an appointment one hour before it were to take place. This allowed them to prepare for each meeting accordingly.
The app enabled the staff in-charge of the meeting to take notes and observations and also note if the meeting resulted in an enrollment or not.
